Looking for committed, long-term staff, responsible for the direct supervision and safety of clients ages 9-20. (Will train ambitious caring individuals.)
Full-time Youth Counselor positions available. Must be willing to work weekend and holiday shifts.
Youth Counselor Hours - 2:30-10:30 p.m. on weekdays & 8:00 a.m.-10:30 p.m. on weekends & holidays (will normally work 3 weekday shifts & 1 weekend shift each week)
Starting wage scale $12.75/hour (minimum with no degree or experience), adjusted up for related college education and/or related experience (up to $14.25/hour). In addition, up to a $500 bonus at the successful completion of 6 month introductory period and 5% salary increase at completion of one year annual evaluation. A pay differential is offered for all weekend shifts worked as a Youth Counselor.

Physical activity related to caring for clients including ability to physically restrain clients using approved restraint techniques. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; computer skills including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail software; possess a valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
