  Looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills on the phone and in-person to be a positive, helpful first impression for McCrossan Boys Ranch.

Other duties include providing support to the administrative team, process incoming mail and record requests, assist with telephone maintenance issues, ordering of supplies and a variet

  Looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills on the phone and in-person to be a positive, helpful first impression for McCrossan Boys Ranch.

Other duties include providing support to the administrative team, process incoming mail and record requests, assist with telephone maintenance issues, ordering of supplies and a variety of other clerical duties.

Full-time schedule, 8:00-4:30, Monday-Friday.

Starting wage scale $17.75/hour and adjusted up for related experience (up to $19.75).

Looking for committed, long-term staff, with skills in plumbing, building maintenance, and lawn equipment. Includes some janitorial work. Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Duties include:

- Maintaining and cleaning interior and exterior of buildings. Repairing or replacing broken items in the facility.

- Complete remodeling and construction projects i

Looking for committed, long-term staff, with skills in plumbing, building maintenance, and lawn equipment. Includes some janitorial work. Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Duties include:

- Maintaining and cleaning interior and exterior of buildings. Repairing or replacing broken items in the facility.

- Complete remodeling and construction projects including light plumbing and electrical work.

- Maintain and repair equipment and tools.

- Maintain facility grounds. Mow and trim lawn. Prune and trim trees. Complete landscaping and projects and manicure as needed. Move snow on facility grounds. Clear snow and ice from sidewalks and parking lots of needed.

- Carry out special projects and other duties as assigned.

Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Must be able to pass criminal background check.

Full time position. Regular hours are Monday-Friday (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.). This position also requires occasional evening and weekend hours for events and donor meetings, as well as local travel for donor visits, presentations, and community engagements.

The Director of Development provides strategic leadership for all fundraising, development, and public relations efforts, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and increased community visibility. As a key member of the Administrative Team, the Director of Development oversees all development operations, supervises staff and volunteers, and ensures that fundraising activities align with the organization’s mission and long-term goals.
