McCrossan Boys Ranch of Sioux Falls is blessed to have an exceptional team of employees who make McCrossan and the services we offer possible. Our McCrossan family is made up of about 70 people, all contributing to provide "New Hope For A Better Life" for each and every one of our boys.

Christy has been part of McCrossan Boys Ranch since 2002, dedicating most of her career to leading the Ranch’s fundraising and marketing initiatives. She is a graduate of South Dakota State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications. In 2009, Christy achieved her CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) credential—an honor held by only a select number of fundraising professionals in South Dakota.
Christy is actively involved in her professional and local communities. She recently served as Chair of the Diplomat Committee for the Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the South Dakota Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Sales and Marketing Executives of Sioux Falls, and is a current participant in Leadership Sioux Falls Class 40.
Outside of work, Christy enjoys spending time with her two children. Her son attends college in California, giving her plenty of opportunities to visit the West Coast, while her daughter keeps her busy with many school events at West Central. She also loves camping, boating, concerts, photography, and traveling—always ready for the next adventure.

Allison joined McCrossan Boys Ranch in 2024, assuming the role of Business Manager. Prepared with a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Dakota, she brings 15 years of experience from the healthcare industry to her position. She is enthusiastic about applying her skills to serve the Ranch. In her leisure time, Allison cherishes moments with her family, seeks out new experiences, and dedicates herself to learning about leadership and personal development through reading.

Patty joined McCrossan Boys Ranch in 1996 as a childcare staff member and has since served the organization in a variety of leadership roles. Over the years, she advanced from Unit Manager to Senior Unit Manager, overseeing caseloads of 24–35 boys, and became a certified de-escalation and restraint trainer through the Mandt System, grounded in the philosophy of treating people with dignity and respect.
In 2012, Patty became Program and Admissions Manager and later assumed the role of PREA Coordinator to help ensure the safety of all individuals served at the Ranch. She was promoted to Program Director in 2019 and, in 2025, to Associate Director.
With nearly three decades of service, Patty brings unmatched institutional knowledge, a deep understanding of McCrossan’s programs and staff, and a steadfast commitment to the boys we serve.
Patty holds a degree in Sociology from Southwest State University and enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing volleyball year-round, traveling, biking, and working out.

Jeremy Pischke joined McCrossan Boys Ranch in 2021, first serving as Clinical Supervisor and most recently as Clinical Director. In 2025, Jeremy assumed expanded responsibilities within McCrossan’s programming and leadership team and now serves as Director of Clinical Services, in addition to his role as Athletic Director.
In this expanded role, Jeremy oversees mental health, chemical dependency, and nursing services while supporting program development and collaborative leadership across the organization. With nearly 25 years of experience working with at-risk youth in correctional settings, psychiatric hospitals, public schools, and residential treatment centers, he brings a forward-thinking, trauma-informed approach to care.
Jeremy holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Dakota Wesleyan University and a Master of Science in Community Agency Counseling from Missouri State University. He has been a licensed mental health counselor in South Dakota since 2009.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons and can often be found coaching or cheering them on at a gym or ballfield.

Troy has been employed at McCrossan since 1990 when he started as a child care counselor. In 1993 he started our Independent Living Program, then moved into a Unit Manager position by 1998. At times, Troy went back and forth as a Unit Manager and the Independent Living Coordinator until 2008 when he started doing Admissions and Marketing. In 2008 he also became certified in equine therapy and took over the barn which included the riding and draft horse programming. Troy has been teaching our children how to ride and drive the draft horses ever since! Currently Troy spends his time doing admissions, which includes interviewing and making sure the kids we serve are appropriate for our programing. The rest of his time is spent teaching kids how to ride, drive and take care of animals.
